Account Coordinator

Dailey Marketing Group Inc., a full service advertising and emarketing agency that has been recognized over several years by the Orange County Business Journal as one of the top 50 agencies in Orange County, is seeking an account coordinator to support the account management teams. This is an entry-level position which will be responsible for multiple aspects of the agency, including administrative, trafficking, budgeting, proofing and overall project coordination. Our ideal candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements.

  • BA in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in word, power point and excel
  • Experience with agency account software a plus (Clients & Profits)
  • 1-2 years of agency experience a plus
  • Proactive and self-starting team player
  • Great sense humor and positive attitude a must
