Admin Assistant

Dailey Marketing Group Inc., a full service advertising and eMarketing agency that has been recognized over several years by the Orange County Business Journal as one of the top 50 agencies in Orange County, is seeking an admin assistant to support the account management teams.  This is an admin level position which will be responsible for multiple aspects of the agency, including administrative, trafficking, budgeting and overall office operations. Our ideal candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements.

  • Some college experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in word, power point, excel and internet.
  • Proactive and self-starting team player
  • Great sense humor and positive attitude a must
  • Experience with account software a plus
  • 1-2 years of agency experience a plus

Part time hours of 20 to 30 hours a week.
